 Edit I"ve spent months in Thailand and one of my favorite dishes from the Northern region is Khao Soi. It's a soup noodle you can find throughout the streets of Chang Mai, and yes its highly addicting. It's a dish that hits all parts of your pallet and I look forward to serving you my version of the dish!
