The restaurant is open from 10am to 2pm and serves up some of the most delicious Khao Soi you'll ever have. The broth is rich and creamy, and the noodles go perfectly with the longan and lotus root juices. The atmosphere is street food meets tailgate BBQ, with plastic tables and chairs under an awning in a parking lot. Prices are also very reasonable, with a small bowl of Khao Soi costing only 40 baht. The service is friendly and fast, but it's worth arriving early to avoid missing out on the food. On top of all that, the restaurant is situated near the northern gate of the old city, giving you a great view of the temples with gold-plated stupas. Despite beef and chicken being their most popular they’re always running out; again you would think they would prepare more of these two instead of pork. Flavors are good for Khao Soi but there are much better places. Drinks are overpriced.
