Le Thi Thuy Hang has been an integral part of Project RENEW since 2004, progressing through various roles such as Program Assistant for Victim Assistance, Mine Risk Education Officer, and Accountant for Mushrooms with a Mission program before assuming her current position as Human Resources Officer. In her role at RENEW in Quang Tri, Hang oversees every aspect of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and terminating staff. She also manages payroll, compensation, and benefits packages for project staff. Additionally, Hang contributes to developing organizational policies, maintains employee records, and reports HR data to relevant authorities.

Hang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, majoring in Planning and Development. Her success in this HR role is underpinned by her thorough understanding of the recruitment cycle, solid knowledge of labor legislation, and responsible working attitude. She plays a key role in fostering a healthy and safe workplace by ensuring that the organization’s HR procedures run smoothly at all times. Beyond her professional life, Hang cherishes spending her free time with her children.
