lg air conditioner CH 04 ERROR

In our apartment we have a wall unit LP123HD3A model (LG). Today the CH 04 code started flashing. I did some research and found this: http://www.orionair.co.uk/PDF/lg%20m...lt%20codes.pdf Problem is I cannot locate where the pump is at, and all videos I found, oddly enough, are NOT in english. Anyone here can simplify this, or just shoot me in the right direction (I live on site - and of course it is our AC that goes out LOL) Cheers Thanks!! Does the unit drain to somewhere lower where you can see it coming out ? The pump is used when the water needs to be pumped up and away from the unit. That looks for the most part like a PTAC unit although I see references to a window unit. Your unit is completely self contained..... correct ? It looks like this manual is very similar to what you have. The only other symptom I could find is that it was clicking to running normally to ch 04 and back for about 30 seconds, then the system just shut down and just flashes ch 04 thanks.. i'll keep looking, if I find someting I'll post it here Upvote xra7en View Public Profile Visit xra7en's homepage! But doesn't make sense, sounds like a simple fix (btw, AC unit is dry as a bone) I reset it, I shut the power off and on, and can do nothing, just flashes CH 04, cannot do anything with the buttons Quote: [small]Fault Code 04Fault code CH04 indicates that the float switch of the fan coil has risen.On fan coils without a drain pump it indicates that the jumper (blue plug with 30mm of blue wire) in terminalCN FLOAT is missing.If the fan coil is running and the float rises it will take 3 ½ minutes for the fault to show on the controller, this isto give the unit time to pump excess water away. Once the float falls, (or the jumper is put back into the board)it will not be possible to clear the fault for 40 seconds. I went thru every schematic I could find and for some reason there is no place for a float or pump to be plugged in. CN-float should be a two pin connector. This link is the actual LG service manual. It shows a pump as connecting to the main board on the yellow ICR connector. Easy to replace and cheap.
