Great Phone
So far I really like this phone. It was surprisingly easy to have Verizon activate the phone and connect it to the Verizon network. It is much faster than my Galaxy S5 that it replaced. It has twice the memory and some nice features. I especially like the way they have the fingerprint unlock button set up. It is much faster and it’s easier to use than my old phone. It also isn’t loaded with bloatware. For that one reason alone, I consider this phone well worth it. One complaint though. The listing does not say anything about requiring a signature for delivery and that caused a 24 mile trip to the post office (I live in a rural area) and a two day delay. Please update your listing.

Clean phone but I cannot use it
I should have checked it sooner and more thoroughly. Was having issues with my old phone so needed to replace it. Finally couldn't wait any longer yesterday. However this phone won't even update the OS or anything...rendering it mostly useless. Missing so many of my normal apps including visual voicemail. Background runs on a pre2015 system and cannot be updated. It looked the part of my other phone until I tried to use it. Would have to manually enter all contacts etc doesn't even allow for similar ringtones...no idea why this phone is such a mess.. I'm basically out the money because it cannot download the necessary updates.

the LG G5 works well! The battery has a short burnout time, so get it replaced, otherwise, everything works as intended and there were no scratches or dents anywhere..

Love the modular concept
I love the modular concept. If you have two batteries, you can use one in the phone while charging the other one with a battery charger. Then, you can easily swap the batteries when needed. This beats having to connect your phone to a wall charger and not being able to use it while it charges. However, if you need to, the phone has the ability to fast charge as well. The phone has 32 GB storage with 4 GB RAM. Buy a Square Trade protection plan and your covered. I definitely recommend.

Great Phone
I have no complaints about this phone. Everything has worked fine. Calls, texts, data... The phone arrived with Android Nougat installed. I was expecting Marshmallow so Nougat was an unexpected good surprise. The phone is a little big for me but I wanted a removable battery so this was a compromise. Regardless I would buy this phone again.
