A 4-row circular arc structure with high performance, high rigidity and high load capacity.Features equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions, and self-aligning to absorb installation-errors, ensuring high-accuracy.[Features]· Self-aligning capability: Includes a self-aligning function enabled by the 45-degree angle of contact for the 4-row circular arc grooves that rectifies mounting errors caused by elastic deformation of the balls and movement of the contact points. Delivers high-accuracy and a smooth linear motion.· Block-rail compatibility: The production process is strictly managed, which makes it possible to maintain the dimensions within set standards. A ball retainer has been installed in the block to prevent the balls from falling out, making the rail and block interchangeable and independently controllable.· Maintains high rigidity in all directions: The same load can be received in all 4 directions (radial, reverse radial and lateral) thanks to the 45° angle of contact design for the 4-row circular arc grooves. The preload can be increased to increase the rigidity as and when required.[Applications]Automation equipment, general industrial equipment, precision equipment, transport equipment, large cutting machines, measuring equipment, etc.
