  ✨ Last week, LNT & Partners was delighted to welcome students and lecturers from the High-Quality LLB Program of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law for an office visit and observational training session. The session was led by Senior Associate Duong Thi Minh Han, with a focus on Real Estate, and featured additional sharing from Partner Nguyen Xuan Thuy. This article analyses the recognition of FIEOs’ rights to LUR capital contributions under the relevant regulations of land and enterprise law. On 14 December 2025 in Dong Nai, the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 power plant complex was officially inaugurated, marking the completion of Vietnam’s first imported LNG gas-to-power complex. With a capacity of approximately 1.5 GW and an investment of around USD 1.3 billion (excluding the LTMA), the project represents an important step in Vietnam’s energy transition. LNT is proud to stand alongside PV Power, advising on the structuring and negotiation of the EPC contract with the Lilama – Samsung C&T consortium, as well as the LTMA with GE Vernova, with a focus on managing risks, schedule, and costs.
