It definitely can be adjusted to fit all headsizes and the ear piece will cover the ear for nice comfort while gaming.
They fit my very large head comfortably, and can easily adjust down for small heads.
They don’t feel like cheap plastic, they are not too heavy and they are easy to adjust and hook up.
No matter how I adjust these, tight or otherwise, these things hurt my ears.

The microphone sounds great and that's what I was most worried about.
The mic has also been improved over the older G430 (6 mm rather than 4 mm) and my gaming friends can tell the difference when I switch between them.
The microphone picks up makes it sound very tinny, low and it cuts off words if you are not directly saying them to the microphone.
Microphones sound leakage very high, I was told by multiple people who I was online with that they could hear my game even when I had it on medium volume.
