Best Pick Logitech G502 HERO High Performance Gaming Mouse
Check Price General Specifications Brand Logitech Logitech Model G403 G502 HERO Origin China China About the Product Logitech G403 enhances your play with advanced gaming grade performance in a lightweight, ergonomically designed body. G403 is up to 8x faster than standard mice — which means when the mouse is moved or clicked, the on screen response is near instantaneous. Logitech G502 Hero high Performance Gaming mouse features the next generation Hero 16K Optical sensor, The highest performing and most efficient gaming sensor Logitech has ever made. Key Specs Precision 12000 dpi 16000 dpi Sensor Type Optical Optical Number of Buttons 6 11 What customers say about "Key Specs" Logitech G403 Prodigy RGB Gaming Mouse - If you are really into precision FPS gaming, this is for you. It has a good sensor and the grip is very neutral (Palm, claw, fingertip).
- The sensor is top notch. A 3366 top of the line sensor. Very easy to track with once you get used to the shape and feel of your new mouse.
- The mouse sensor is fantastic, the 3366 is essentially flawless and the LOD once adjusted in the tuning software is absurdly low, which is great for low sens players who lift their mouse often.
- Enough buttons to do everything you want for 99% of tasks but not to many buttons to be annoying or unsightly.
- My only con would be not enough buttons but that is only because that is what I'm use to over the years so it isn't really even a con.
- Only problem that occurred was the sensor acting odd at the edges of my mousepad.
- The Logitech Hero sensor has been tested numerous times and found to be most powerful.
- Scroll wheel is one of my personal favorite features of the mouse.
- Really awesome sensor that is super accurate and sensitive to slightest movements and tracks on any surface.
- The buttons themselves feel very satisfying to press thanks to the spring loaded mechanism.
- Scroll wheel broke within the first week and now it freewheels like fidget spinner.
- I love this mouse. It's light, large enough for my hand to palm, and basic with high quality sensor and switches.
- Good weight, doesnt feel like Im dragging a brick across my mousepad
- The mouse feels comfortable for normal browsing. It fills the hand, and the buttons are okay.
- Fantastic mouse. Loved the G Pro but it was too small. This mouse is a perfect fit and took little to no transition time. Honestly feels like a more ergonomic G Pro. 5/5 for sure.
- The mouse might simply be too large for most hands to use competitively.
- Comfortable shape and weight for most right handed people.
- The G502 is just a great mouse, unless you like light mice.
- It is already on the heavy side and can be made heavier with weights that Logitech includes which is great for me.
- This thing is one of the heaviest mice I've used for an extended period of time.
- Most gaming mice target a weight of 100g or lighter, but this one is too overweight.
- The cable for the mouse is braided which is a really nice touch.
- The cable is long enough so you can use it freely.
- The cable is braided which I personally dont like (I perfer the rubber cables, like whats on the Zowie mice) and its hard to fit in my mouse bungee (Zowie Camade)
- Doesn't support higher than 1000Hz USB (awfully nit picky but would be nice to see some other limits being pushed other than DPI and Max tracking speed.)
- Thick cord can be a problem due to stiffness and added weight but with a bungee or if you can somehow tie up your cord this is fantastic.
- This refreshed model has a really thick and flexible cord that was apparently a major weakness in the original 502.
- Improved braided cable over previous G502 model.
- Really miss the cordless days, but this mouse catches every signal & the slightest movements.
- I have some complain about the braided cable snagging.
- The cord is much better, but this mouse still has one. No wireless mode.
- The material on the sides is a really nice, grippy rubber. Double clicks are smooth as butter, although sometimes the slightest pressure sets it off.
- Software is easy to use (allows DPI in increments of 50 which I really appreciate)
- The texture is great, even when your hands swear it doesn't get slick, and the side rubber is the best implementation that I have seen thus far, although time will tell how long it holds up.
- LED color, and brightness are easily customized
- Not for Gamers, Photoshop users, Youtube editors, etc. that need custom keys setup not only on their keyboard but on their mouse as well as it only has 2 side keys.
- The ability to adjust DPI on the fly is nice, as is the sniper button on the side right in front of where your thumb would rest.
- It has a number of different buttons that can be completely adjusted in the Logitech Gaming Software.
- The RGB lighting is not nearly as intrusive as on some mice and can be completely disabled if you wish.
- LIGHTSYNC added to this model is cool for custom rigs & lighting.
- Fully customizable RGB LED, you can set color, cycle speed & mode indicators.
