The PH 5 - 4 1/2 Suspension Lamp has been created by Poul Henningsen, Sophus Frandsen and Ebbe Christensen for the brand Louis Poulsen. Unique details and features like multiple shades facing different directions give it unexampled aesthetics and functionality. It also gives the 1958 fixture timelessness.The PH 5 - 4 1/2 Suspension Lamp has a trio of bowl-shaped shades made of spun aluminium. They are finished with matte white varnish inside and out so the lamp casts similarly coloured light. The shades are supported by struts made of rolled aluminium. The uppermost shade faces upwards while the two below it which are smaller face downwards. The lowermost one has a frosted glass diffuser attached to it that casts glare-free light downwards. Additionally, the shades are illuminated which casts more soft light.The PH 5 - 4 1/2 Suspension Lamp has a height of 31.8cm and a diameter of 46.6cm. Its diffuser has a diameter of 47cm and its cable is 300cm long. It is available in neutral colours. The lamp works with an E27 socket and a bulb has to be purchased separately. Replacement canopies are available for purchase separately. This one-of-a-kind lamp will make a major statement of style over a table, along a hallway or in an entryway.
