Studios in the 70 percent income units are priced at $1,399/month for applicant households with one to two people and income ranges between $47,966 and $74,760. One bedrooms in the same category are priced at $1,495 for households of one to three people making between $51,258 and $84,070. Two bedrooms are priced at $1,786 for households with two to five people making between $61,235 and $100,070.

Units in the 130 percent income lottery are priced as follows: studios go for $2,433 a month for households of one to two people making between $83,418 and $138,840. One bedrooms are listed at $2,714 for households of one to three people making between $93,052 and $156,130. Two bedrooms are priced at $3,397 for households between two and five people making between $116,469 and $187,330. As for the market rate units, while they are not yet listed, the average West Side one bedroom is currently priced at $4,200/month.
