• Mr.  YU Pun Hoi

  Yu Pun Hoi, Ph.D. of Peking University, the controlling shareholder of Nan Hai. He joined the Board of Directors of Nan Hai in September 2000, and is currently the chairman of the Board of Directors and nomination committee of Nan Hai.

  Mr. Yu is also an executive director and a member of nomination committee of Sino-i, and a director of a number of subsidiaries of Nan Hai.

  

• Ms.  LIU Rong

  Liu Rong, with the bachelor degree in Laws from the Law School of Anhui University, the master degree in Laws from the Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the qualification of lawyer; graduated from the International MBA School of National School of Development of Peking University in 2013. She joined Sino-i group in April 2002, and has been appointed as an executive director of Nan Hai since March 2009, a member of nomination committee since March 2017, the chief executive officer of Nan Hai in February 2018,and she also acted as the general manager of the property development of the group in February 2021. Ms. Liu is also the chairlady of the board of directors and nomination committee of Sino-i, and a director and/or general manager of a number of subsidiaries of Nan Hai.

  

• Mr.  LAM Bing Kwan

  Mr. Lam Bing Kwan, graduated with the bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 1974. Prior to joining Nan Hai, Mr. Lam had accumulated extensive experience in industries such as banking, property development and investment business.

  He joined the Board of Directors of Nan Hai in September 2000, and acted as the non-executive director in April 2002. Moreover, he is the non-executive director of Sino-i, and the independent non-executive director of Lai Sun Development Company Limited, Lai Sun Garment (International) Limited and Lai Fung Holdings Limited.

  

• Mr.  LAU Yip Leung

  Mr. Lau Yip Leung, with the honours degree of Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy in 1991, and also holds an MBA conferred by the University of Hull, UK. Mr. Lau is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lau is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and started his public practice business in 1998. He is now the person-in-charge of Messrs. Fung Lau & Company, Certified Public Accountants.

  He acted as the independent non-executive director and the member of audit committee and remuneration committee of Nan Hai in May 2006, the member of nomination committee of Nan Hai in March 2012, and the chairman of audit committee of Nan Hai in September 2013.

  

• Mr.  XIAO Sui Ning

  Mr. Xiao Sui Ning, graduated from Yunnan Finance and Management College, majoring in corporate management.

  He joined the Board of Directors of Nan Hai in April 2016, and was also the chairman of the remuneration committee, the member of the audit committee and the nomination committee of Nan Hai. Moreover, he is the independent non-executive director, the chairman of the remuneration committee, the member of the audit committee and the nomination committee of Sino-i. Mr. Xiao is also a director of LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. (listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange, stock code: LX).

  

• Mr.  Ho Yeung Nang

  Mr. Ho Yeung Nang, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from The University of Hong Kong and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He served in different managerial positions in banking industry .Then, he was in Canada running his own business. In about 1992, Mr. Ho joined Nan Hai and worked as a general manager of the property division, who left Nan Hai in July 2009.

  He acted as the independent non-executive director of Nan Hai and the member of audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of Nan Hai in September 2016.

  Mr. Ho is also an independent non-executive director and a member of audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of Sino-i.

  

• Mr.  CHEN Ming Fei

  CE Dongli Technology Company Limited, General Manager Xinnet Technology Information Company Limited, General Manager Chen Mingfei has more-than-15-year practical experience in IT and internet service industry with deep understanding of SMEs IT service market, as well as the profound professional accumulation in product creativity R&D, large-scale business team management, multi-level channel management, service operation and management, etc. In 2000, Mr. Chen joined Sino-i, and had acted as a national commercial director, sales deputy general manager, executive deputy general manager and business general manager of CE Dongli, and was promoted to a general manager of CE Dongli in January 2012. He was appointed as an executive director and general manager of Sino-i in December 2016 and was appointed as a chief executive officer of Sino-i in January 2018. Moreover, he is the director of several subsidiaries of Sino-i, and the general manager of Xinnet.

  

• Mr.  Shang Feng

  Mr. Shang Feng graduated from Xi'an Electronic Technology University with a major in mechatronics, and then studied at Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology with a major in software engineering and was awarded a Master degree. Mr. Shang has been engaged in enterprise management for more than ten years and has served large-scale chip manufacturing, communications, and automotive companies. He has accumulated in-depth experience and knowledge in enterprise management. Prior to joining Nan Hai, Mr. Shang was the general manager of strategic operations of Zhi He Chu Xing Technology Co., Ltd.

  Mr. Shang joined Nan Hai in September 2018 as the chief operating officer, and was appointed as the general manager of cinema operation of Nan Hai since October 2019.

  Mr. Shang is also a director of a number of subsidiaries of Nan Hai.
