• What are your operational hours?

  It depends on your location and opening hours of stores around you. We begin delivering as early as 8 am and as late as 2 am. If a particular store is not available for delivery, you will see it closed on the app.

• Is there a minimum order value for GrabMart?

  The minimum order amount differs based on the store, your location, and time of order. You will see the amount listed on the store’s page or at the checkout page before placing an order.

  A small order fee only applies to orders less than the minimum order amount. You can simply add more items to avoid the fee.

• Can I place orders from different stores at the same time?

  Yes, you can do simultaneous bookings for up to 4 orders.

• How much is the delivery fee?

  The delivery fee varies according to the location of the store. You can view the delivery fee by clicking on the store for more information.

• What happens when an item is out of stock?

  If your items are unavailable, we will reach out to inform you and ask you to rebook your order once it is cancelled.

• Does GrabMart deliver on same day?

  Yes, GrabMart typically offers same-day delivery for grocery and essential item orders in many locations. The availability of same-day delivery may vary based on your specific location, the time of day, and the items you are ordering. To check for same-day delivery options, you can use the Grab app, select GrabMart, and browse the available products. During the checkout process, you'll likely see the delivery options, including the possibility of choosing a same-day delivery slot if it's available in your area.

• Can I pay cash for Grab Mart?

  No, we'll only be enabling cash payments for GrabFood orders only. If GrabMart is available in your city, it will still be cashless.

GrabFood delivery-partner, Thailand

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
