It's a great processor for the price range of €100, you can't find a better one. It does not have freezing issues nor does it go into thermal throttling, and most importantly, it doesn't lose performance. It's not super energy-consuming. In fact, you can get two days of top-level use.
Pros
- Low energy consumption
- Never overheats
Cons
- Heats up significantly under stress
- Consumes a lot of energy when heated

My experience was with the Moto E7, a phone that belonged to my dad. He only used it for work, so there were no games or anything too heavy on it. The phone should've performed super well, but it didn't, it was horrible, truly horrible. Even Google would freeze, as well as the home screen, it killed the phone. It left me wondering why it was so bad. There are phones available today with much better cost-benefit than buying one with the same processor. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Much slower than comparable processors, but still strong and good even though it loses to the 662 and subsequent versions
Pros
- Can read data quickly
- Able to read documents
Cons
- Not smooth for gaming
- Very slow in opening apps
- Small RAM
