  1. Tại sao khi encode bằng MeGUI đến job thứ 2 thì bị lỗi ?

Có nhiều nguyên nhân dẫn đến lỗi trên như :

    • Do chưa thử chạy lại.Đôi khi MeGUI gặp sự cố nên job đó bị “error” bạn nhấp chuột phải lên chọn waiting để chờ MeGUI xử lý lại
    • Do chưa cài Avisynth 2.5.8 hoặc cài phiên bản khác 2.5.8
    • Do tên file sub không trùng với tên phim
    • Do MeGUI không hỗ trợ codec mà bạn cần
    • Do máy cài thiếu codec (K-lite codec , Xvid , Divx)
    • Nếu máy đang chạy Windows Server thì phải cài thêm Desktop Experience
    • Hiện tại AutoEncode 4.5 chỉ hỗ trợ MKV (Frame rate mode  : Constant) , MKV (Frame rate mode  : Variable ) , MP4 , AVI (Xvid,Divx) , TS,FLV nếu bạn có nhu cầu các loại định dạng khác xin gửi mail vể d i g i t a l f o r t r e s s 1 0 [at] g m a i l . c o m

  1. Tại sao khi Add phim hiện ra thông báo “File Extension and Format not match.Please correct” ?

Nguyên nhân là do file nguồn đã bị đổi phần mở rộng  . VD phim NguoiSoi.mkv đã bị đổi thành NguoiSoi.avi thì khi thêm sẽ bị báo lỗi như trên.
