​Recently the Technical Regulation on MERCOSUR/GMC/RES. Nº 39/19 was approved. This shall repeal Resolution GMC Nº 32/07. This Technical Regulation shall be implemented in the MERCOSUR countries before January 15, 2020.

The list comprises of over 1,000 substances and indicates the limits on composition, specific and total migration and restrictions of use.
