Thermocouple Linearised Head Mounting Transmitter Compression Fittings Thermowells- Mineral insulated thermocouple sensors have a high integrity construction, suited to arduous operating conditions at temperatures from -200ºC to +1400ºC. (The maximum operating temperature is dependant on diameter and environmental factors, further guidance is available here.)
- Custom built to your specification and terminated in a weatherproof die cast alloy, epoxy coated, screw down ’flip’ terminal head with the tube entry and cable entry at a right angle to each other. Mainly for use with duplex assemblies, where the extra height inside the lid allows for two transmitters (or one transmitter and one terminal block) to be mounted simultaneously. Supplied with a 16mm x 1.5mm ISO metal pinch gland on the cable entry for cables from 3mm to 8mm diameter
- Alternatively, we have a large range of sensors available to buy online in various diameters and lengths
- High accuracy and stability maintained throughout the operating life of the sensor
- Fast response and high insulation resistance
- Available in thermocouple types K, T, J, N, E, R, S & B with sheath diameters from 4.5mm to 8.0mm and lengths from a few millimetres to 200 metres or more dependent on the sheath diameter selected
