We have two VR hire options available to choose from –

1. Hire VR headsets without staff

In this instance, we send the VR headsets fully charged with VR games installed to your home, workplace or event venue using our courier service.

Our headsets will arrive at least 1 – 2 days before your event date giving you enough time to get used to using the headsets and give ExtremeVR a call if you have any questions or require technical assistance.

We then organise our courier to return the next business day after your event to pick up the VR headsets and return them to ExtremeVR. For example, if your event is being held on a Friday, our VR headsets will arrive on Wednesday and will be scheduled for pick up the following Monday.

2. Hire VR headsets with staff

When hiring with staff included you will be provided with trained professional staff who take care of everything for you, including, set-up, operation, technical support, assistance with using the headsets and pack-up at the end of your event.

And we will supply alcohol-based hand gels, and wipes for your guests and patrons, and we will clean all equipment thoroughly after each use.

Indoor Use

Our VR headsets can only be used in an indoor or undercover environment. For example, a large room, garage, auditorium or a marquee with sidewalls.

Our VR headsets can not be used outdoors as sunlight and bright light can damage the headsets beyond repair.

Marquee Hire

We have a marquee available for hire for any outdoor events, just let our staff know if you require a marquee when booking your VR headsets.

Our VR headsets are very easy to use and no previous experience with virtual reality is required. Simply turn on the headset, put the battery in the hand controller and you’re away to a world of extreme virtual reality entertainment and exploration.

COVID-19

We have a strict COVID-19 health and safety policy that includes thoroughly cleaning all VR headsets with alcohol-based wipes and sprays after every hire.
