Muay Thai or Thai boxing is martial art that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is known as the “art of eight limbs” as the style makes use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

We start off new students with solid fundamentals, including correct stance and footwork, so they can quickly learn how to properly punch, elbow, kick and knee. From there, we teach appropriate defensive skills before moving on to intermediate and advanced training.

Our Muay Thai classes are great for beginners that will learn valuable real life self-defense and fighting skills, and also excellent for both intermediate and advance students. These classes require hand wraps and boxing gloves, which we loan "free of charge" to guests and new members. Bring a towel and dress to sweat!
