Yamaha Xmax 2022 Review And Specs. Yamaha Xmax 300 2022 Specifications In Europe, Yamaha is introducing new colors for two offerings, the XMAX 300 and Nmax 125. Although the former is in two color options, including the new iconic blue and gray silhouette. The latter are three new colors – new and two tones of point blue and long-lasting powder gray. The European specifications of the 2022 XMAX 300 continue to draw on the power of a Euro 5 compliant Yamaha Blue Core 300 CC engine spitting out a maximum power of 28 PS at 7,250 rpm, as well as a peak at 5,750 RPM at 5,750.

MACHINE

Advanced engine 292cc

The Xmax is powered by a liquid-cooled 292cc, simple four valve delivering smooth and controlled power. The cylinders are made from Yamaha using aluminum for excellent heat dissipation, with lightweight pistons and a forged crankshaft. The equalizer provides minimal vibration while the offset cylinder layout and semi-dry lubrication system helps reduce engine friction and drag.

Complete convenience auto

Thanks to Yamaha’s continuously variable transmission, the Yamaha Xmax offers true “turn and go” driving comfort, tool-free and clutch-free. This gives the Xmax character a casual driving ideal for tackling urban traffic on weekdays and having a relaxing ride on weekends. The CVT system also features a large air cooling line for belt drive, significant reduction in heat and engine noise.

Fuel injection control and traction control

Modern fuel injectors have 12-hole injectors for excellent response, and as Yamaha’s state-of-the-art supersport and sports touring machine, the Xmax has a traction control system. The TCS continuously monitors wheel speed and, if the system detects a sliding rear tire, the engine is cut off finely to prevent uncontrolled wheel rotation.

Impressive fuel savings and cover

With the characteristics of an effective motor design and advanced power structure, the Xmax delivers 75 mpg. Combined with a large 3.4 gallon fuel tank, the Xmax offers impressive roaming power.

Previous type of motorcycle fork

Unlike most scooters, the Xmax has a filtered type of motorcycle fork behind the wheel on the top and bottom pliers. This provides the ideal balance of resistance and chassis rigidity, as well as better damping and better shock absorption with respect to a regular scooter style fork.

Mild steel frame

Designed for light handling and neutral character, the XMAX’s steel frame delivers just 397 pounds of wet weight on a full fuel line for outstanding handling.

Big wheels and tires

The Yamaha Xmax has large 15-inch front wheels and 14-inch rear wheels for better manipulation and sporting style. Xmax also installed the latest Smart Dunlop® Scot Smart Tires for traction, which is excellent in both wet and dry conditions.

With anti-lock braking system

Large front disc brakes of 267mm and rear 245mm, the Xmax provides drivers with controlled braking. Backed by the safety of Yamaha’s anti-lock braking system, you’ll trust all types of road conditions.

Smart Lock System

The ultimate Smart Yamaha system eliminates the need to use a key to access the machine. Start the bike, go to the storage compartment and fuel tank and lock all the handlebars can be done using the proximity smart lock.

Full storage

Much better convenience is the large lockable room that locks securely for your valuables safe and large enough for two full face headphones. The LED light is standard and the fairing also includes two additional storage spaces, one of which is electronically locked and includes a 12V DC output.

The Xmax also offers a two-position windshield that can be moved two inches higher for added wind protection. Finally, the carved saddle facilitates reaching the ground when stopped and works with the flexible board for a flexible all-day driving position.
