NH Case Ltd is a family-owned company established in the 1920s. We distribute almost every category of food familiar to UK consumers, supplying manufacturers, wholesalers and caterers, Our fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles operates from Wincanton, with fish processing in Grimsby and ready meal production in Warminster. We meet the specific requirements of schools, universities, cruise ships, manufacturers and hospitals on a daily basis.

Another proud moment for us as Wayne Harris, our Development Chef for over 13 years, was celebrated for mentoring the University Hospitals Leicester team in the final of the NHS Chef of the Year. Wayne dedicates much of his time to guiding other chefs and to inspire and empower them to improve the food in our hospitals. NHS CHEF OF THE YEAR FINAL!! Our very own Wayne Harris was in attendance at The Grand in York today, mentoring the team from University Hospitals Leicester. Eight teams were competing in the final, which is the culmination of a nationwide competition. Tim Radcliffe, net zero food programme manager at NHS England, said: “To all participating teams, thank you for your hard work, creativity, and commitment. You have made this year’s competition a resounding success and a true celebration of NHS talent. “Your passion and innovation prove that NHS kitchens are places of pride, heart, and inspiration—where the food we serve nourishes both body and spirit.
