All of the staffs (especially the girl staff) were good and friendly. The house keeping too. But, when I was about to check out, one of the staff said that I haven't pay my booking although his friend said that I have paid my booking when I was about to check in. A bad experience and probably won't rebook to this hotel because instead of saying sorry the staff still was in denial although he already saw the booking confirmation. He kept saying that it was the system who said that I haven't pay the booking. Don't know whether it was the system fault or his fault. But, the staff's way of response is totally unforgivable. In particular, the goods in a large supermarket next to it are very cheap, so cheap that I can't imagine that this is in Europe, only one-fifth of the price in Italy in Paris!
