Since your reservation has been managed with BYHOURS, only we can modify it.

We are improving this process to make it easier, but for now please contact us indicating which reservation data you would like to modify and we will contact the hotel to forward your request.

Remember that this decision depends entirely on the hotel, so we cannot guarantee that the modification is always possible.

Can more than two people enter a room?

Our double rooms are for a maximum of 2 people, and the price shown on the website and app is per room.

In any case, you can make a request (which must be approved in advance by the hotel) in the comments section of your reservation.

I am a minor, can I make a reservation?

No. To book a room, you must be of legal age.

You can only go to the room if you are a minor if you are accompanied by a parent and/or legal guardian. For security and government regulations, the presentation of a valid ID is mandatory for all persons checking into a hotel.

When is the payment made?

At the time of booking with us, you will only pay the management fees. The rest of the amount is paid directly at the hotel at the time of check-in, with your preferred payment method.
