The absolute best place to order club making parts, especially adapters. The crew at Billy Bob's is extremely knowledgeable, and stand behind all of their products. I will never use eBay, Amazon, or GolfWorks for ordering specialty parts for clubmaking again. The customer service at Billy Bob's and the quality of the product is above all others for aftermarket building materials and they will treat you like family if you ever have any questions or concerns. On multiple occasions I have had a problem or question and they always pick up the phone with helpful answers and even have offered full replacements of their product when I lost a part. The best ever at what they do and I will never go anywhere else for my clubmaking materials.

Have used Billy Bob’s over the years for various items, including hard to fit Ping iron ferrules. Ping has a way of making things just a bit different than anyone else. My most recent purchase which included more ferrules, but also 5-PW True Temper Dynamic Gold Mid 100 shafts. Good price and fast shipping. However….. just before receiving them I injured my left thumb and will not be able to golf for quite a bit. Then will probably have to go to a very, very senior flex graphite shafts. I reached out to Billy Bob’s and zero issue returning the DG shafts. I would highly recommend them. At least give them a look when looking to buy whatever.

Found Billy Bob's online. Was looking for new Winn grips. They have the best selection I have found. Ordered the grips. I got a call from Justin to let me know the grips I ordered were not in stock. I called back and Justin took the time to explain the situation and we went through some other options. I decided on another set. The second set was also not in stock but Justin said he would call me the following Monday to let me know they came in. After not getting a call on Monday, I called back on Tuesday only to find out Justin had surgery and was not in the office. The young lady who I spoke to said she would have Trisha call me back. Trisha did call me 10 minutes later and told me after she texted Jason that she knew the situation and she got my order together and shipped them out that day. Long story short they have outstanding customer service and everyone I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend Billy Bob's Golf! Hope Justin has a speedy recovery...

Have to say the turn around time from order to placement was crazy fast. And to get a confirmation email from the CFO. Top-notch customer service that you don’t normally see.

Justin from Billy Bob's helped me getting my clubs re-shafted. He was very considerate about getting swing weights to be the same throughout my iron set. I needed to change lie angles for the irons as well as my grips. Phenomenal job on the whole set and I respect his craftsmanship on the work he has done for my irons.
