I will Not be Overclocking ATM Will this be good for normal use like gaming since i could not find any benchmarks with modern systems and i cant find its TDP

se2 simply means it comes with more accessories, which became standard equipment on later products from Noctua.

And if it woulnd't come with correct mounting kit, Noctua has support promise to provide it. Unless its for workstation motherboard.

More sharing options...Performance wise it's good, but fan likely protrudes into space of one memory slot.
Noctua made its successor NH-U12S much slimmer to guarantee clearence for memory slots.
(fin spacing become quite dense)
Though of course if you already have it in current PC, thne using it is good way to save some money.

The SE2 also comes with an additional fan.
