Special Installation Considerations

Due to the orientation of the socket on AMD motherboards, the fans on the cooler will usually face the top and bottom of a standard tower case. To enable the cooler to rotate 90 degrees so that the fans face the front and back of the case, you would need the free Noctua NM-A90 mounting kit. This can be obtained by filling in a form on Noctua’s website.
