The long answer is yes you can, BUT you need to buy an PCIe NVME slot card and install the drive into that. What do you use the system for? Do you have a GPU in this system? That board has 2 PCIe slots. The second one is only PCIe 2.0 x1. An NVMe drive in there will be a waste of an NVMe drive and adapter. And not bootable, if you were planning on that. Just get a 2.5" SATA III SSD. Avoid the hassle and cost.
