Công việc Full time O.N.E Việt Nam tuyển dụng 25/11/2019 OCEAN NETWORK EXPRESS (VIETNAM) Co., Ltd. is a multinational company which its operation is in shipping industry. Our office is located in the 3 rd floor, mPlaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan Str., Ben Nghe ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In term of the expanding purpose, we are now seeking for qualified candidate who will join our company and work at HCMC head office: POSITION: Americas staff - Customer Service Department JOB DECRIPTION: - Received and inputs booking as required in compliance with SOP. - Build and develop close relationships with customers. - Handle all inquiries related to booking: vessel change, space commitment, routing, schedule, late gate, trucking arrangement, CY stuffing demand, change of destination (COD), remain on board (ROB), return, dangerous cargo (DG) application, L/G + relevant document collection (LOI), container swapping, garment on hanger (GOH) order, VGM, drybag…. - Liaise with all related parties to provide good service quality to customers REQUIREMENT: - Vietnamese Citizen; - Gender: Female. - Bachelor degree, college degree in Foreign Trade university/ University of Economics / Maritime University or related (essential); - Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skill, report skill; - Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English; - Super computer literacy with capability in MS Office and Excel. - Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detail; - Enthusiastic, dynamic and well organized; - Willing to meet objectives.
