Dr Kha was knowledgeable about certain things but she didn't bother spending extra time with her patients. She was also very dismissive and condescending when it came to some research papers she must have read recently which went against my personal experience. I was merely sharing my experience and rudely cut off by her. I wasn't even trying to say in general something is a certain way. Anyway I guess I will try to find another optometrist now. Very rude and unprofessional! The receptionist/doctor hanged up the phone on my ear while I was still talking. I booked online for an eye exam, they called me and said they can't find my insurance information in the data base. And since the appointment I made was less than 24 hrs, there is a $25 cancellation fee. I replied that I have no power over why they can't pull up my insurance records and will just cancel the appointment for the next day. I asked If I still have to pay the cancellation fee and she hang up the phone on my ear! Very unprofessional and rude. Very rude and unprofessional! Still waiting on my results to be sent to my doctor even with the referral I handed to the Dr. Kha she was super rude and argumentative about why I was there. I was called back after leaving because they forgot a test needed to be done. The staff was good but definitely do not recommend Dr. Kha she is not professional in my opinion seems to be racist with her comments will definitely not go back !! I felt Dr.Kha was ok. I did not like when she pointed saying its not like India where you go n get your contacts.My question was why do we usually need a followup for contact lenses.She could have just told me the why, instead of pointing to a country. The staff is friendly. They are following covid rules which is good.

I went in this office for an annual exam. It went well and the doctor provided a lot of information about the state of my eyes. The doctor and the assistant were both nice and friendly and I felt treated well. However, after the exam they did charge me a $40 fee for an additional exam procedure, though it was not specified what it was for. The doctor and her assistant should have provided this information to me before I went into the exam and asked if I agree to pay this fee. Dr. Kha was great! Even though the office was a little busy she took the time to get an accurate history and find the right prescription for me. The rest of the staff in the office was great too. I'm looking forward to returning next week for the last half of my exam.

Don't go to her if you need your vision results for DMV driving test. She prescribed me glasses for childhood defect which cannot be cured. I've been driving for 15 years in 3 countries and now I have to wear useless glasses which I never used for driving. Probably she wanted to make money on me as I had to pay for these glasses $200
