• Biography

Biography

Olivier regularly advises domestic and international banks, financial institutions and investment funds, on national and cross-border transactions in corporate finance, acquisition finance, private equity and LBO, in particular in the field of syndicated loans and debt securities. Olivier also advises in the field of project finance, real estate finance and regulatory.

Olivier has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2006. Prior to joining the Banking and Finance team of BCLP, he was a partner at Franklin. Olivier has worked for almost 15 years as a lawyer in several French and international law firms, such as Mayer Brown, Clifford Chance and Reed Smith.
