On-The-Job Training Program

Introduction

OJT (On-the-Job Training) is a distinctive program of Greenwich Vietnam, designed to equip students with practical knowledge, professional skills, and real-world experience to support their future careers.

Moving beyond the traditional internship model, OJT is a practical learning phase conducted directly within enterprises. During this period, students are trained and immersed in a real corporate environment, receiving hands-on coaching in both professional expertise and essential workplace skills. Students undertake on-the-job training at partner companies and corporations within the FPT network, participate in projects of various scales, and gain valuable exposure, learning opportunities, and accumulated practical experience.

OJT Pathway

Phase I: Soft Skills Training

Objectives:

  • Equip students with essential skills before entering the real working environment.
  • Develop proficiency in office and professional working skills.
  • Help students adapt smoothly and effectively to the corporate workplace.

Module

Objectives

Professional Workplace Communication Skills

– Help students quickly adapt to professional communication culture.– Equip appropriate communication and behavioral skills when interacting with different stakeholders such as supervisors and clients.– Build students’ confidence and effectiveness in professional communication within real business environments.

CV Writing & Interview Skills

– Provide students with knowledge to create impressive and outstanding CVs.– Help students feel confident and make a strong impression during interviews.– Enable students to understand what employers look for in job applications.– Guide students on writing CVs that highlight competencies, enthusiasm, determination, and knowledge.– Prepare students thoroughly before, during, and after interviews for successful outcomes.

Phase II: Practical Training & Learning at Enterprises

  • Orientation Day
  • Specialized training sessions delivered by partner enterprises
  • Direct participation in real job positions within companies
  • Hands-on professional guidance and mentoring
  • End-of-term assessment at the enterprise
