Outlook on the web can be used by anyone whose account is on Microsoft 365.

You can choose to use Outlook on the web exclusively. Or you can use it when you're away from your own computer and use another email application, such as Outlook or Apple Mail, the rest of the time.

Windows 11 and Windows 10: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge

macOS (10.10 or later) Apple Safari 10+ or Google Chrome. Mozilla Firefox should also work, but some features may be unavailable.

Linux: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome should work, but some features may be unavailable.
