I dont think pch temp matters much anymore since cpu already has most things integrated while the pch handles the chipset lanes and i/o
If you were talking fsb/bclk oc platforms then yea pch temp would matter since that does affect fsb/bclk ocability but that was over a decade ago

What should be the pch temperature of chipset be.. I have msi b560m bazooka and its pch temp reaches up to 70C under heavy load, gaming and cpu stress test.. What should be the upper limit of pch temperature

More sharing options...I think Tjmax for that is 95C. It's a piece of silicon just like your CPU, if not a simpler design. No reason to have a lower temperature limit than your CPU.
