Phi Kappa Phi Forum Since 1915, the Phi Kappa Phi Forum has provided members with coverage of the Society and the world at large reaching more than 100,000 readers, including active members, government officials, libraries, executives and others.
The Forum is available in print, online and on mobile devices. As a benefit of active membership, a copy of each issue is mailed to all active members. Please be sure the Society has your up-to-date contact information by visiting your member profile.
Submit Your Original Poetry
The Phi Kappa Phi Forum welcomes submissions of original, previously unpublished poetry that fits the theme of each edition. Poems will be selected to appear in the print version of the magazine, though others may appear online. Submissions must be under 40 lines, and poets can submit 1-3 poems as a single submission. We pay $4 per line for published poems.
Poets published in Forum must wait one year before entering again. If you don’t hear from us within two months, feel free to submit your poem elsewhere. Our volume of submissions can limit our ability to respond to every declined submission.

Our themes for each Forum issue in 2026 will focus on some aspect of positive change. Our spring issue will be about the a change of mind, the summer issue will be about a change of address, fall will focus on a change in career and winter will cover a change of habit.
