History[]

Dang called Carina back into his office to interview her about her marriage and life in Seattle in order to establish if she would or would not get a green card, allowing her to stay and work in the US indefinitely. When the interview first started, Maya tried answering some questions, but he said he needed Carina to answer. He asked about how they met and why they only decided to get married when her visa was expiring. He also asked about Maya's job and her demotion, which she attributed to sexism and possible homophobia. After many hours of questions, Maya became frustrated and became giving sarcastic questions over Carina's objections. Carina insisted that Maya was kidding and gave her real answers. Finally, Dang congratulated Carina and said she had a green card.
