Phong Phu International JSC., established its business in 2007 at Ho Chi Minh City, it all started with one factory. The company has been growing consistently and in 12 years we have grown to one of the leading apparel manufacturers in Vietnam. We are supplying known US and European Retailers. We have come from humble beginnings and we strongly believe in ethical and responsible manufacturing. We have not been able to grow without our customers and partners, we therefor value the company slogan: Together we will succeed.

3D Design

We use the best 3D design software such as Optitex, BrowZwear and Clo Applications, that will help us to design and create a digital collections, the new way forward in the apparel Industry.

Washing

PPJ has invested in the latest Washing Technology and innovation such as Nano Spray Machines, Ozon and E-Flow machines to reduce the use of harmful chemicals with no compromise on design aesthetics!

Laser Technology

PPJ is one of the largest owner of Laser Machines in Vietnam with a total of 50 Laser Machines, we have fast production capacity to keep up with the demands of our Laundries! We are proud to work in close partnership with Jeanologia.

ERP System

ERP systems are a necessary tool to keep control of the full Production process, we are proud to have established great partnerships WFX - Cloud based ERP and Coats Digital who helped us build our digital operational processes from start to finish!

OUR PRODUCTS

PPJ has 4 divisions: Denim, Woven, Knits, non-Washed. The variety of products handles by the different divisions makes us unique, for example we can produce Jeans and Casual Bottoms, Jeans Jacket, Workwear, Casual Knits, Sleepwear, Tailored Jackets, Dress Pants, Suits, and Outerwear.

SUSTAINABILITY

PPJ International, is investing in Sustainability, we are an Active Member of the EIM. As a leading manufacturer in Vietnam, we are committed to tune our entire manufacturing process right from fiber to the final garment in a sustainable way of Manufacturing by following the core concept of 4R – Reduce, Recycle, Reduce, Reuse

OUR QUALITY

At PPJ we take Quality Serious, with our factory QC teams, and our Corporate QA (Quality Assurance Teams) we keep a close eye on the Performance of each Factory, check Defect Rates percentage, Define and analyse these, check AQL Pass Rates, thru our own developed QA Module.

- Quality Right First time! -

Our QA has access to the QA Module in the factories with the use of Mobile Phones and Tablets, providing live updates on audit results. This will help us to provide audit reports direct to our customers, and we are equipped to do Self Audits thru supplier accreditation programs in close collaboration with our partners.

- QA Module -

PPJ has got their own inhouse professional Technical Design teams, located at the Innovation centres in Ho Chi Ming, Da Nang, and Hanoi. Pattern software from Optitex, Lectra and Gerber are used to manage from Proto-Pattern until Production Patterns. Fitting’s meetings and reviews are done by brand dedicated teams which are working closely with our partner brands overseas and their teams.

- Technical Design -

We have our own Testing Laboratories in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh, these are official Accredited by 3Rd Party Apparel Testing Laboratories, that helped us build and choose the required testing equipment. Most Physical testing is done in house, and we have official Accreditation of American and European brands and retailers.
