Description

Your vehicle’s original intercooler is inefficient and prone to heat soak.  Over time, during spirited driving or under load, the original intercooler becomes heat-soaked and robs your engine of precious power.

Engineered for the utmost performance, the kit features lightweight polished mandrel bent aluminium tubing, braided silicone hose couplings, Stainless Steel T-bolt clamps and a High Flow Intercooler, with cast aluminium end-tanks and an ultra efficient bar and plate core design.

This is the easiest way to drastically improve power and torque when coupled with tuning, to get the most reliable power from your vehicle without adding much load or heat to the engine. Have you ever noticed how on a cold day your vehicle performs much better than on a hot summer day? It’s all due to the higher air temperature.

We replace the standard boost pipes that are prone to bursting and leaking at various points, with new Aluminium and Braided Silicone pipes making it even more reliable and efficient. Included are High Quality Stainless Steel T-bolt Clamps, together with rolled lips on all the Aluminium pipes, which ensure your pipes stay on.

The kit includes all the application specific mounts, piping, hoses and clamps required. Installation can be done DIY or you can make use of our optional fitting service in our fully equipped workshop in Stikland, Cape Town.

Please Note: On some applications trimming/drilling might be required, but our kits are designed in such a way to minimize modification to vehicles, to ensure it can be converted back to standard would the need be.
