When boiling, add more ½ teaspoon salt and a little Magi’s stuff. Boil about 8 – 10 minutes; turn off the heat and cover the pot carefully. Pork meat will be cooked in this process, do not boil too much, meat will not good anymore.
Step 2: Put pork meat on plate, slice thinly and arrange on plate. Step 3: Clean, cut off the eyes from pineapple and mince well. Peel off the cover of garlic; mince garlic with chili + 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix with minced pineapple + garlic + chili into fermented anchovy sauce bowl.
