• Worst app ever

  By far, this is the worst app and worst customer services ever.The app on PC totally lacks those core features that you had in mobile app. Firstly, it required premium to use on PC and there is no trial mode. Cannot add multiple Instagram accounts, cannot split images into multiples for planning grids. Auto and schedule post feature has error, asking me to set my account to business even though I did. I believe creator accounts should be able to do schedule post. I might think your mobile app is good but PC version is way too terrible.Your customer services are the worst. I asked for refund immediately an hour right after I paid for the premium. I ask for refund 4 times, (2-3 days in between each) and there is no reply, not even once. I can wait if you responded and tell me that I need to wait more time.I hope your company went bankrupt. I lost $15 but you guys will lose more than that.
