A premium quality structural glulam timber post, ideal for above-ground outdoor use, but equally suitable for any indoor application – anywhere requiring a quality, visually appealing and serviceable result.

The glulam post is manufactured from sustainable plantation grown radiata pine which is milled, kiln dried, finger-jointed for defect-free strength and straightness, laminated, then pressure-treated with a light organic solvent preservative (LOSP). This H3 LOSP treatment ensures your job will be protected from termites, insects and rot damage for at least the next 25 years, even when exposed to the elements … it’s guaranteed!

With a smooth, dressed finish, this GL8 glue laminated post comes pre-primed and ready for easy painting. When installing outdoors, all exposed unprimed surfaces resulting from cut ends, mitres, notching, boring, punched nail holes or similar should be re-sealed with a suitable exterior timber primer.

Off-cuts of primed or painted timber should not be burnt, but instead disposed of in council approved landfill or incineration sites. In addition, the sawdust and shavings should not be used for mulch or animal bedding.
