  PBT Polyester Topsheet Material for Watersport – WHITE (WS100)

  Coextruded PBT polyester white topsheet for kiteboards. Non impact modified,  designed specifically for watersports, kitebaords and wakeboards. High quality topsheet for graphics sublimation/heat transfer.

  0.5mm thick , 490mm wide.

  This is not impact modified so if you use it for skis/snowboard, it will chip more easy.

  This topsheet is fleece backed for improved bound to epoxy. A fluid epoxy will penetrate the fleece and bind well.

  Price is pr. 1 meter. If more is ordered, then it is rolled and sent as 1pcs.

  Graphics can be done with sublimation on the outside.

  Choose between 0,9mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm or 1.8mm step steel edges for base thickness 0,8mm-1.8mm respectively.

  VDS Rubber Tape for Skis / Snowboard

  VDS rubber Tape for skis and snowboard, with a function to…

  …to compensate material expansions/contractions caused by temperature alteration …to dampen or absorb vibrations …to compensate material tolerances …to avoid disruptions of the surface material …to reduce acoustic noise in floor and wall panels …to fill up leaks in constructions which improves the power transmission e.g. at the ski composite to transmit the power over the edges …as backing material for the adhesion …in composites exposed to a high level of dynamic stress.

  VDS rubber foil is used in between the edges and the laminates, and possibly sidewalls and the laminate. Its purpose is to make sure that the layers stay together even when flexing and under tension.

  We offer VDS Rubber ready to use in 13mm, 25mm or 300mm wide. Black or Yellowish

  With 300-350mm wide VDS you can cover your full board or ski with VDS.
