Introduction

PVD Tubulars Management (PVD TM) is a joint venture between PV Drilling (51%) and Marubeni-Itochu Tubulars Asia Pte. Ltd. (49%), specializing in providing tubulars, casing and tubing fabrication and the comprehensive package of OCTG management for all oil & gas companies operating onshore, offshore and even in deepwater areas of Vietnam.

02. TOTAL TUBULARS MANAGEMENT (TTM) SERVICES

To be a unique and professional TTM provider who brings the benefits to customers. Recently, there has been a growing trend toward an effective supply chain of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) which is so-called Total Tubular Management (TTM). In Vietnam PVD Tubulars has signed contract with several operators e.g Chevron, Premier Oil, VGP, KNOC, Lam Son JOC, PVEP SH, PVEP HN, Cuu Long JOC, Salamander Energy, Bien Dong POC, Origin Energy, Mitra Energy, Santos, ENI, Con Son JOC, PVEP POC, Petronas,... they already started to apply this supply chain model for their drilling program.

The TTM services for both conductors & OCTG (2-7/8” - 36”) in support of operator’s drilling campaign shall include:

Warehousing Services:

Warehousing services include yard space and storage but not limited to:

- Facilities

PTSC yard (11,500 m2): Location is on PTSC Supply Base, Vung Tau City, Vietnam.

Phu My yard (30,000 m2): Location is on Road No. 3, Phu My 1 Industrial Zone, Phu My ward, Phu My town, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, Vietnam. All inventories shall be stored either at PVD Tubulars’ PTSC yard or Phu My Yard

- Inventory Management

PVD Tubulars shall closely coordinate with the operator to assure sufficient inventory of OCTG and associated material and equipment at PVD Tubulars’ pipe yard to ensure an uninterrupted supply to operator on a 24-hr/day, 7 day/week basis.

The inventory shall be stored at PVD Tubulars’ yard. PVD Tubulars shall be a caretaker of the OCTG inventory and shall facilitate dependable services to fulfill operator’s “call off” order requirements.

OCTG Services

- Inspection:

PVD Tubulars shall arrange for the inspection process and maintenance of all OCTG (100% pipe inspection including new milled pipe and stock) e.g. Tally, Cleaning, Doping, Drifting, Bundling, Stencilling, Protectors in accordance with the procedures acceptable by the operator to ensure the pipe is fee from visible damage ready for use.

- Re-stocking:

PVD Tubulars will provide buy back condition based on final assortment of descriptions and specifications.

Logistics Services

PVD Tubulars is responsible for all related logistic activities for OCTG goods from receiving the OCTG, storing them in our yard until delivering them to ship’s hook at Customer’s shore base jetty.

Lifting Slings

For safety control, before each delivery of OCTG, PVD Tubulars shall provide Customer with the lifting slings used for pre-slung. All the slings provided are necessarily certified and well maintained on frequent basic.
