QM+Emulate Organs-on-Chips Centre

The Queen Mary+Emulate Organs-on-Chips Centre is a centre of excellence in organ-on-a-chip technology based at Queen Mary University of London. The Centre is leading development and use of organ-chip models using the Emulate platform. 

The Centre provides access to Emulate’s Organs-on-Chips platform to enable researchers from academia and industry to use existing supported organ-chip models or develop models of their design. The Emulate platform is ideal for fundamental research or for use as part of a drug discovery pipeline. Models within the Centre include: Liver, Kidney, Intestine, Airway and Alveolar, Synovium, Cartilage, Tendon, Bone, Bladder, Artery, Blood Brain Barrier, Breast Cancer Bone Metastasis and Ovarian Cancer Metastasis.

We are open to collaboration and can also provide contract testing and bespoke CPD training in organ-chip technology.
