Theo mình nghĩ tùy trường hợp. 1. " liên lạc" với "liên hệ" đồng nghĩa Vd: Khi nào cần anh có thể liên lạc (liên hệ) với tôi 2. Trường hợp này có thể dùng từ " liên lạc" không thể dùng từ " liên hệ" Vd: Bà ta đã mất liên lạc với con trai.
