   Question about oem power steering fluid

   Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now! So i bought a liter of p/s fluid from the dealer a few weeks ago part # G00400M2. When i went to full up my rez after putting my motor back in i noticed it says "use only mineral hydraulic mineral fluid # G002000" Now i know there's a really good possibility that the part numbers have changed over 10 years but it says nothing about mineral hydraulic fluid on the bottle i bought from my dealer. Of course i noticed this after i topped off the reservoir. Are there two types of audi p/s that the dealer sells?? Did i buy the wrong stuff?? Will the stuff i bought work or should i flush the system?? p.s i probably only put in an 1/8 of a liter Reply With Quote
