The Supreme Court of Lithuania’s request for a preliminary ruling from the Court of Justice in ‘Sanresa’ UAB v Aplinkos apsaugos departamentas prie Aplinkos ministerijos (C-295/20) has been published, in a case concerning EU rules on public procurement and waste shipping services.

The referring court asks five questions concerning the interpretation of sub-provisions of Articles 18, 56, 58 of Public Procurement Directive 2014/24 and Articles 3 to 6 of Waste Shipments Regulation 1013/2006 to resolve questions on:
