I purchased a 2005 Tribute S with a seemingly Generic GPS radio. It is WinCE based and I cannot identify the manufacturer. The book does not show this as a mazda option but it looks like a factory install to me. I suspect that it was a dealer option or maybe a really good aftermarket installation. I need to update the software and obtain a manual for it but have exhausted all options. I am going to upload a pic of this thing if anyone can help, it would be appreciated. If its unbranded then it is highly likely to be a Chinese unit, high end aftermarket and manuf always brand. All else fails pull the unit, there is bound to be a manuf details sticker (unless very low end...)
