Asked to pay more because they messed up

Evitem estes burlões! I was purchasing a laptop for 899 euros and included windows 11. I went to the checkout and filled the order and all was well. However, apparently the website had an issue and didn't add the 110 euros extra for the windows 11 and I was asked to pay in the rest of the value even though it was them that messed up the website. Very bad customer support with grammatical errors, slow responses, they simply don't care. Owner is arrogant and unpleasant. Do NOT buy from them.

Chip7 Horta truly deserves all the praise. From customer service to technical support, my experience has been nothing but excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — whether it's choosing the right product or solving an issue, they take the time to explain everything clearly and honestly.I've purchased several items from this store, and each time I’ve been treated with professionalism and care. You can tell they value their customers, and it really shows in the way they communicate and assist.The atmosphere in the store is also very pleasant and welcoming, which makes the shopping experience even better. One of the standout aspects is their after-sales service — on the rare occasions I needed assistance, they handled it quickly and efficiently, always with a helpful and transparent attitude.The store offers a solid selection of tech products, from components to peripherals, and the prices are quite competitive, especially considering the local market on the island.Overall, Chip7 Horta is a fantastic example of what a tech store should be: trustworthy, competent, and genuinely customer-focused. Don't go there

I bought a desktopcase for my girlfriend, we showed what case we wanted from their website, amid friendly talk the guy switched cases, and we didn't noticed till we were home a few days later, since we needed more pieces to build her computer, we didn't check or open the box until we had all things.I contacted the store, and he denied switching cases, but later, said i needed to contact the support line.I've emailed them, to 0 responses in 6 months!Chip7 Pinhal Novo it's a must avoid!! I'll never use, buy or recommend any product from them.Poor service, dishonest!Can't say what i want to say.. i just leave it at dishonest!!!

Not 2022 friendly

The delivery service they subscribe is just unprofessional and doesn't belong to 2022.My delivery went back to their store, and 1 month later I was the one asking for "What the hell is going on with this product that you claimed would take a week to get?"The answer was even worse than it being delayed! They said that the delivery guys returned the product to the store. Both the delivery guys and CHIP7 store left ZERO notes/emails/notifications/phone-calls to me. Zero.To make it better, you can't take a full refund. The delivery money is gone. You only get a partial refund.Sorry, you will end outpaced by the competition if you don't change this.

Scalper with fake sales and shady business practices

Used to sell the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (regular price at the time €399.99) for €794.90. Inflates prices shortly before lowering them for Black Friday. Ordered and paid for item for €794.90, they cancelled without authorization nor justification and raised the price to €1399.
