Important Notice

Passengers are advised to select the CORRECT refund reason corresponding to their flight and fare class.This policy does not apply to flights operated by VIETJET THAILAND.

Refund request information

Deadline for Requesting and Using Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger:

BUSINESS / SKYBOSS fare class Passengers must submit a Notification no later than 72 hours after the scheduled departure time. The maximum validity of Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger is 2 years from the flight departure date.
ECO / DELUXE fare class: Passengers must notify the airline at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The maximum validity of Travel Credit refund entitled to passenger is 1 year (365 days) from the flight departure date.
