Yes, the same credentials can be used to access both channels. 2 How does updating the information service work through Riyad Online? If your ID is going to expire within 90 days, a pop up banner will appear on the main page stating that you need to update your ID. This service will only be enables if you have already updated and received your ID from the Civil Affairs Office. 3 How to update customer personal information through Riyad Online?

This is because your information at the bank is not consistent with the Yaqeen system. If your date of birth is wrong, a pop-up message will appear to input the date of birth as shown on your National ID or IQama. 6 If my account was frozen, and I updated my ID through Riyad Online or Riyad Line, do I need to visit the branch to unfreeze my account? No, no need to do that. 7 If the update was successful through Riyad Online or Riyad Line, how long does it take to be reflected in the system? The update gets done immediately.
